Flying these days has jumped to a whole new level of insanity.
Flight attendants are getting into actual brawls with pilots, and passengers are losing their minds – even trying to open the emergency doors midflight.
So if you want to avoid a miserable flight experience – and not get slapped with a massive fine or banned from flying for life – here are 4 things you should never say to your flight attendant.
To start, when we used to tell you about passengers behaving badly on planes – we’d tell ya about the girl who walked barefoot down the aisle or the annoying teen who blasted their emo music for the whole plane to hear.
But these days, “passengers behaving badly” includes knife-wielding cocaine addicts and drunks groping flight attendants.
Let’s just say everyone is a bit on edge – especially flight attendants.
Now, some of these things should go without saying – but on your next flight, be sure you avoid saying the following phrases.
“I’m SOOO Drunk”
Okay.
So maybe you did have one too many cocktails at the airport bar waiting for your delayed flight.
Rock on.
But if you broadcast how drunk you are – not only will you be denied purchasing additional alcoholic beverages on your flight…
… you’ll be flagged – and anything you do or say could be dismissed as “oh he’s just the drunk guy in row 14.”
Not to mention, authorities have the right to kick you off the plane if they think you are “disrupting” the flight attendants from being able to do their job.
And you just might end up ticking-off the wrong flight attendant who was already having a bad day and can now report you for being “rude” and have you banned from flying for life!
Not worth the risk.
Just put on your headphones and take a nap.
“You Are So Hot”
Just STOP.
The last thing a flight attendant wants to deal with is getting hit on by passengers.
You might think paying compliments will get you special treatment.
It won’t.
It’s annoying.
And it should go without saying but – never touch a flight attendant. Not to get their attention – not to refill your drink.
Your “gentle touch” could get you fined thousands of dollars and banned from flying.
Plus, it’s just rude and unnecessary.
“I’m Not Going To Wear My Mask”
Nearly everyone is tired of wearing the ridiculous masks – especially during a long flight.
But you have to wear them or you won’t be allowed to fly.
No exceptions.
It doesn’t matter if you’re pregnant or a toddler, or even the guy who killed Bin Laden.
Even families of children with special needs have faced the brunt of the mask mandate.
If you make even a hint of not being compliant or refusing to wear your mask – you will likely get kicked off the plane and possibly banned from flying for life.
Final Thoughts
With Biden running the show, more mandates and restrictions are bound to continue.
If you choose to fly – you’ll be subjected to them.
Yes, it’s awful and annoying – but it’s the reality we live in.
Your goal is to arrive at your destination with as little hassle as possible.
So if you want to make that happen – remember to keep your cool on your next flight.
