We know liberal politicians are determined to make their states “LGBT-friendly” – but California just crossed the line into unchartered territory.
A new bill is seeking to make “transgender” sanctuary cities to “protect” children from their parents who don’t want them to transition.
And once you hear the details of this horrific bill – you’re bound to be outraged.
Some states like Texas have rightfully banned doctors from transitioning children – even threatening legal action to those who prescribe puberty blockers or other hormone drugs.
So what’s California’s response?
Bring ‘em on over.
California hopes to create a “transgender” sanctuary and promises they won’t enforce the laws of other states.
The National Review reports:
“A court of this state has temporary emergency jurisdiction if the child is present in this state and the child has been abandoned or it is necessary in an emergency to protect the child because the child, or a sibling or parent of the child, is subjected to, or threatened with, mistreatment or abuse, or because the child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care.”
Read that again.
Essentially, California is considering it “child abuse” if a parent refuses to provide “gender affirming” care for their child.
Meaning – California politicians think if a child decides they are suddenly “transgender” – the parents should do whatever is neccessary to help them “transition.”
It’s absolutely ludicrous and horrifying, but this is the reality we live in.
Oh, and California has flat out said that if other states want to punish a parent for helping their child transition – law enforcement in California won’t get involved.
The National Review continued:
“It is the public policy of the state that an out-of-state arrest warrant for an individual based on violating another state’s law against receiving or allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care is the lowest law enforcement priority.
California law enforcement agencies shall not make or intentionally participate in the arrest of an individual pursuant to an out-of-state arrest warrant for violation of another state’s law against receiving or allowing a child to receive gender-affirming health care.”
California is clearly encouraging “transgender” youth to flee by promising to protect them.
Several states already offer abortion “sanctuaries” – so it was only a matter of time before the same thing happened for those who think they are “transgender.”
LGBT activists continue to attack God’s design for the family unit.
Turning children against their parents – and keeping parents in the dark over major life-altering decisions is evil to the core.
We already have “drag queens” reading to children in libraries and hosting events for children that pollute their young minds.
And now adults are further encouraging children to mutilate their bodies to live out their “true gender.”
The wickedness of this bill shows how steep the moral decline is in our nation.
We must continue to pray for our country – especially for our politicians – that they will stop introducing these horrific bills.
