While pro-life states, like Texas, have enacted the Heartbeat Act and other legislation – saving the lives of countless unborn babies – other states have done the opposite.
In fact, a horrifying new bill was just signed in one state allowing babies to be slaughtered up until birth.
Once you hear the details of the latest assault on life – you’re bound to be outraged.
Abortion is a brutal and violent act – that stops a beating heart.
God is the Author of Life – every baby conceived is designed for a purpose – but, tragically, millions of babies have lost their lives at the hands of brutal abortionists.
Some states are determined to make it “easy” for a woman to kill her baby – providing telemedicine options for women to simply order abortion pills and kill their babies in the “comfort” of their own homes.
President Biden supports this – as does his radical administration.
Other pro-abort states, like New York, have welcomed women to cross their border – claiming New York is a “safe haven” for those who want to kill their babies anytime between conception and birth.
Now, New Jersey has jumped on the abortion bandwagon in the most radical way.
New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy just signed the Freedom of Reproductive Choice Act into law which will “explicitly guarantee, to every individual, the fundamental right to reproductive autonomy, which includes the right to contraception, the right to terminate a pregnancy, and the right to carry a pregnancy to term,” reported The Christian Post.
Standing alongside Governor Murphy as he signed the bill was his Lt. Gov Sheila Oliver – and the president of Planned Parenthood, Alexis McGill Johnson.
You know it must be a BAD BILL if the president of Planned Parenthood is joining the “signing celebration.”
Of course, both Governor Murphy and McGill Johnson praised the bill – claiming it “necessary” due to the activism of pro-lifers and what could be coming down the road.
The Christian Post reported:
“In New Jersey, we trust each individual person to make their reproductive choices for themselves,” he said. “With Roe v. Wade under attack, today’s historic legislation makes clear that New Jersey’s position in supporting the right to reproductive choice remains protected.”
McGill Johnson cheered the occasion as a “historic day for reproductive health in the Garden State” and “an important step forward for reproductive freedom.”
In striking contrast, pro-lifers mourned the new legislation – knowing that it opens doors to the unthinkable.
Women who are pregnant and scared need be told that there are options other than abortion – not be told that they can make the decision to kill their baby up until the moment of birth.
We must continue to pray that any bad bill advocating the expansion of abortion will be shut down – and that those elected to positions of leadership will take the right actions.
Every baby deserves the chance to be born – and shame on any politician or leader who uses their position of power to stop a beating heart.
